5 of the Best plus size white t-shirts

Summer is finally here, the sun is shining, which can only mean one thing… It is time to get those white t-shirts at the ready. But finding a good fitting white t-shirt in plus size is not as easy as you think. In previous years white t-shirts in plus size were quite boxy and unfitted, but we want the curve huggers and shape creators, the scoop necks and the boat necks, the white t-shirts that will make not break your outfit.

So whatever kind of plus size white t-shirt you are after, here are our favourites from both sides of the pond and from across the high street.

Organic cotton crew neck, plus size tee, ASOS Curve

The most basic of t-shirts, we love that this one is organic cotton, so it will keep you cool and do less damage to the planet too. A crew neck is the ultimate basic and perfect for pairing with jeans or denim shorts this summer. The short sleeve is great as it cuts at a good spot – not like a cap sleeve. The style is less fitted than on a body con tee but that makes it great for tucking in to jeans.

New Look Curve tie front tee

This nod to fifties with a tie front is super cute and at just £8.99, this bargain tee comes in several colours – so if you like the fit, buy them all. The tie front creates soft ripple effects across the body of the tee, which acts like ruching, making it skim your stomach if you feel conscious of that area. This tee is longer line, finishing at the hip it definitely works best with trousers and jeans.

fitted white plus size t-shirt, Yours Clothing

This t-shirt is a semi fitted white plus size t-shirt, so great for those that don’t want anything too skin tight, but equally aren’t looking for a boxy fit. Wear with jeans over the waistband, or tucked into skirts for a more body con execution. There is also a faux pocket which is quite a cute bit of added detailing.

Pack of two v-neck plus size t-shirts, Simply Be

This comes as an £18 two pack set, one white and one black. A relaxed fit, if you want it a little tighter, size down. We love the deeper v-neck on this t-shirt, the v-neckline seems to have fallen out of fashion so if you’re looking for something that shows off a hint of cleavage, this could be the way to go. The fit might be looser than your average, but it isn’t boxy, it still nips in slightly at the waist, making it great for jeans and shorts.

V-neck tee, Universal Standard

We remember when Universal Standard first started and created the most ultimate luxe basics and the brand has continued to astound us with their style and inclusivity. This t-shirt is available from an American size 00 to a 40 which is incredible and you can view it on models of every size. The quality is also gorgeous. It is more expensive than our high street finds, but def worth it.
