There was a serious amount of hype when Nike launched their extended size range, as curvy fashionistas and plus size athletes clapped their hands in glee at the decision of one of the worlds leading sports brands to introduce plus size, so we were quite surprised to see Puma, quietly stepping into the arena without much fan fare at all.
Just skimming through ASOS Curve revealed some classic sports style oversized t-shirt dresses and a classic pair of side popper tracksuit bottoms in the plus size section of the site, shot on plus size models. We aren’t sure if this is exclusive to ASOS or if the line will be rolling out on a wider level soon, but until then we are just happy to see sports lines extending into the plus size retail market.
