Now this is definitely at the pricey end of the spectrum, but, if you have ever touched a Marina Rinaldi piece then you know the kind of quality we are talking about. As part of the house of Max Mara – famed for their formal outerwear, suiting etc Marina Rinaldi is a great stop on your plus size workwear list if you have the budget to splurge. This formal blazer has a matching fashion forward trouser but would also work over a plain grey or black trouser too.

How chic is this jacket – we absolutely love the androgynous vibes, the sleeveless style (rock with a long sleeve tee, polo neck sweater or a shirt underneath) and the tie side front is just that extra stylish detail that we love from designer brands. This jacket is super sharp and perfect for rocking with a great pair of tailored trousers. Snap this one up as it is in the sale but the classic plaid but unusual detail make this a season staple.
