Plus Size Yogi

We are all about embracing our bodies and not being limited by size and one woman who truly champions this is plus size yogi Jessamyn Stanley. Jessamyn has been instrumental over the last 12-18 months in really changing the game when it comes to showing what plus size women can do and she is a phenomenal role model. Showing off her yoga skills on social media she has been showing plus size women that their bodies are not and should not be a barrier to health, fitness and dreams.

Now launching a book… ‘Every Body Yoga‘ and to celebrate,¬†Jessamyn Stanley gave a talk last night in LA and SLiNK were there to watch. Congrats Jessamyn we will be keeping our eye on you! Congrats!
