Everyone needs a glamorous party dress now that the Xmas season is here and luckily the people at Little Mistress realised that girls above a size 16 like to have a good time too! Subsequently they have taken their range of sparkly and floaty frocks to a size 18-24 meaning that the Xmas dress panic or the wardrobe crisis of a Friday and Saturday night are no longer an issue! Phew!
Little Mistress is loved by the likes of those spangly Towie girls and these statement dresses need to be teamed with some killer heels and a statement clutch to really ensure a wow factor.
Taking inspiration from Hollywood starlets these cocktail and red carpet style frocks will ensure that when it comes to fashion you’re definitely going to be turning heads as soon as you hit the dance floor. For this season the Little Mistress designers have focussed heavily on a monochrome palette with lots of metallic sparkle to add that Christmas spirit. Although there are also some great jewel popping tones including jade and royal blue. The capsule collection of 12 dresses is far smaller than the mainline but the overall key shape selection is definitely represented.
Invest in some good lingerie and multiway wearing bras as there are several plunging necklines, cut out details and a sweet heart strapless neckline. Dresses range from about £48 to £70 for a long evening dress.
We love the sheer floaty sleeve details and bejewelled waistlines but these fab frocks definitely need to be worn with lots of confidence. What’s great though is that the pieces are replicas and grade ups of mainline as opposed to a whole different style.
Look out for great draping and waist details as well as some sparkly shoulders. Xmas is finally here and it’s in a dress format!
