Simply Be staged their first LFW catwalk show tonight and kicked off the London season in style. Staged on the eve of London Fashion Week, the runway show was a picture of body diversity with models from a UK size 8 to 26.

Presented at London show space, The Vinyl Factory the show was an exclusive link up with Milk Model Management, which saw Anna Shillinglaw and her team providing all the models for the show.
‘The Curve Catwalk’ showed a ‘see now, buy now’ model with all the clothing shown on the runway available to purchase right now!

There were all the key trends, from great floral prints, to puffa jackets and Christmas party perfect plus size embellished dresses. Simply Be who have been expanded their size range showed clothing that was truly exclusive, available in sizes 10 to 26.

While there were some of our favourite SLiNKettes there – think previous SLiNK models, Felicity Hayward, Hayley Hasselhoff and Ali Tate, there were also a few insta famous faces in there too. Plus size influencers Callie Thorpe and super star, Tess Holliday also took the runway to ensure some body and shape diversity and were cheered on by fellow plus size bloggers.

The show was a great way to kick off a fashion week that isn’t known for diversity and gives a nod to NYFW which draws to a close today and has been a magnet for difference, diversity and change. Now roll on the shows and fingers crossed we see a few curves on the horizon!
